Miguel Fernandez brings over 14 years of leadership in finance and real estate, combining deep industry knowledge with a global investment perspective.
As the founder, president, and CEO of Alphabet Capital Group, he leads strategic initiatives across emerging markets, focusing on high-impact investment opportunities in the real estate sector. Miguel began his career in banking, holding senior roles at Caja Granada, Caja Madrid, and BBVA Bank in Spain. During this time, he specialized in corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as managing and expanding real estate subsidiaries within financial institutions. He also gained experience in capital markets through his work at the Madrid Stock Exchange, further strengthening his financial expertise.
In 2006, Miguel transitioned into real estate development, partnering with major Spanish firms such as ACCIONA and FERROVIAL to deliver residential projects along Spain’s Costa del Sol. He later established HF International Ltda in Brazil, focused on fundraising and advisory services for European investors in the Brazilian real estate market. Over the past seven years, his leadership in Brazil has driven the successful turnover of more than 3,000 residential units, exceeding $100 million in total sales.
Miguel holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Granada and an MBA from ESIC Business & Marketing School. Currently he continues to drive innovation and investment strategy at Alphabet Capital Group, connecting international capital with high-growth real estate ventures.
